Pathetic rooms

When u call your self a 5 star category hotel u need to match the standards We booked two rooms for 3 nights with the hotel . As we reached the hotel the reception said room isn’t ready out of two one is ready they amd eis wait for 20 min and than said it’s ready now . We reached our room which was called a standard deluxe room by the hotel booked by our travel team , as we chkd in after informing us the rooms are ready and cleaned It came to ur surprise the room was in a mess with hair all Over the floor and beds dust on the glasses of water and cups tables covered in dust . U love the curtains of the window which was wall to wall of the room had so much dust in it tht one wld cough . The best part had to just start the lights and the buttons were not working the lights were on and no controls were operating When we called the desk to inform this tht we just shifted and Wht is all thsi after u say the ROOM IS READY , they said team will reach u we’re occupied We were too tired and wanted to sleep but the lights weren’t turning off after lot of calls and walking down the reception desk a lady called Miss Gul came in with housekeeping and saw all this she was shocked . She was super Cooperative but Cldnt communicate much due to language problem. Than she contacted the technical team and said there was some issues with room electricity connections and clean The toilet flush was not getting pressed my 10 years son also Cldnt operate it as it was way to hard for me to operate how wld the kids operate THIS IS FIRST TIME IN MY HISTORY OF TRAVEL , I was shocked to see a 5 star rated hotel rooms and serivces at this extreme level

Good service and staff are lovely. A very thank you to Amer and Aqus for the lovely food, we love to stay at this hotel, They was so respectful and welcomed. I am not give a 5 star to the room service, because sometime the missing some staff when we asked for.

Dirty, Damp & Disappointing !

Huge disappointment! Our first room was very dated, dark, dirty and had sockets falling off the walls! We complained, and moved to an ‘upgraded room’! It was no improvement! Dirty, damp, threadbare towels etc! We complained again, but the reception staff did not seem surprised or interested Never a 5 star property

In April, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Elysium Hotel under the reservation name Firas Ayash. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff were highly professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were both clean and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade upon our arrival, despite a slight delay in receiving our room initially. The team at the hotel was both friendly and efficient, striving to ensure our stay was unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, convenient location near Taksim, high-quality food, and cleanliness.

This trip was very nice, we enjoyed a lot the breakfast and the staff was really helpful and pleasent espacially Mrs Suzan and Mr Snober, we thank them a lot ! The breakfast was healthy and delicious with a large choice of vegetables as well as sweets and fruits !
